Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Arturo Castronovo got the match started through his kick off. The audience was convinced that Arturo Castronovo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Camilo Freixa was relentless in the 3rd minute of the game. In the 5th minute Edmondo Ciraci shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Camilo Freixa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Camilo Freixa was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 16 minutes into the game, Benito Madrid was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bolivia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Veritas the free kick. After a rather tough play, Bolivia's Benito Madrid got a free kick in the 16th minute. With a little luck, Veritas's Aldo Crisantemo got control of the ball when Mario Fernandino tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bolivia's Camilo Freixa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arturo Castronovo in the 23rd minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, Eduardo Fontirroig had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aldo Crisantemo. Veritas's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eduardo Fontirroig was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. In the 28th minute, Edmondo Ciraci hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edmondo Ciraci might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Camilo Freixa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edmondo Ciraci ran back to his position shaking his head. Camilo Freixa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arturo Castronovo went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Camilo Freixa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arturo Castronovo in the 34th minute of play. Camilo Freixa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arturo Castronovo, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. When the match had gone on for 39 minutes, Arturo Castronovo put it in 1-3 from a short distance just to the right of Camilo Freixa. 43 minutes into the match, Arturo Castronovo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Camilo Freixa. Bolivia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Arturo Castronovo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angelo Rocchetti in the 47th minute of play forced Bolivia's goalkeeper Camilo Freixa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Bolivia players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Veritas were winning 1-4.

The supporters of Veritas booed when Bolivia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mario Fernandino didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 52ndth minute of the game Arturo Castronovo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bolivia's Camilo Freixa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A throw-in in the 57th minute of the game was made by Roger Forsberg with Sílvio Luís do Nascimento as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. In the 60th minute, Arturo Castronovo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Camilo Freixa was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-6. Camilo Freixa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arturo Castronovo in the 63rd minute of the match. Aldo Crisantemo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eduardo Fontirroig, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arturo Castronovo got free with Camilo Freixa in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 70th play minutes Arturo Castronovo shot 1-7, a short shot which went by Camilo Freixa and just under the crossbar into goal. Mario Fernandino hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Sílvio Luís do Nascimento could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Camilo Freixa made a huge save. 78 minutes into the match, Bolivia's Mario Fernandino sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Aldo Crisantemo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Edmondo Ciraci had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Veritas fans' excitement grew in the 85th match minute when Veritas's Arturo Castronovo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-8 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. With an all-out effort, Veritas's Camilo Freixa threw himself towards the right post 90 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Carter Di Natale, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Arturo Castronovo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Camilo Freixa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alberigo Antonangeli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Veritas's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
