Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) EdirneSpor were awarded a corner in the 4th minute after Ecuador's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ali Asım Akar took the corner. Daniel Zorita who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 6thth minute tested the skills of Sari Kanarya when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a rather tough play, EdirneSpor's Zico Galinec got a free kick in the 8th minute. After 10 played minutes EdirneSpor got a freekick which was hit by Czeslaw Borcz. Sari Kanarya made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 10th minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Daniel Zorita could shoot a difficult shot in the 12th minute, which Sari Kanarya however easily saved by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by İnanç Erakıncı in the 15th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 16 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when kaya Bal came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Sari Kanarya tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sari Kanarya made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. In the 20th minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. EdirneSpor's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Felix Montenegro almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but EdirneSpor's Sari Kanarya did a great save. EdirneSpor's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Felix Montenegro 21 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. In the 23rd match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felix Montes to maneuver through the defense. In the 24th minute Zico Galinec shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 27 minutes into the match, EdirneSpor's goalkeeper Sari Kanarya had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. After some careless play in the Ecuador defense, kaya Bal kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Julio Vera. The Ecuador fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Julio Vera should have stopped the shot. With a little luck, EdirneSpor's Sari Kanarya got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sari Kanarya took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zico Galinec in the 39th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zico Galinec in the 41st minute of the match. Julio Vera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zico Galinec's shot from short distance in the 48th minute.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and kaya Bal made a kick off. In the 51st minute the ball was on its way in behind EdirneSpor's goalkeeper Sari Kanarya, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Sari Kanarya took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Julio Vera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zico Galinec in the 57th minute. Sari Kanarya showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 59th minute of the match. Julio Vera made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Zico Galinec sent off a good shot on target. Muhsin Dikmen was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. In the 74th minute kaya Bal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when Zico Galinec tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Ecuador booed when EdirneSpor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. kaya Bal didn't get a good kick on the ball. kaya Bal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. When Ali Asım Akar fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored EdirneSpor's protests and gave Ali Asım Akar a yellow card for diving instead. After 92 played minutes EdirneSpor got a freekick which was hit by Ali Asım Akar. After some careless play in the EdirneSpor defense, Daniel Zorita kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sari Kanarya. The EdirneSpor fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sari Kanarya should have stopped the shot. There was no doubt that Ecuador were the better team. Ecuador's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
