Oskar Haeger was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ingemar Stålman in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pedro Manzanares saved Colombia from getting behind. In the 40th match minute, Colombia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Axel Montenegro to maneuver through the defense. In the 41st match minute, Hermanö Oilers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hjalmar Askelöf to maneuver through the defense. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ingemar Stålman to strike the kick off in the second half. If Ingemar Stålman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Colombia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hermanö Oilers the free kick. Colombia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ingemar Stålman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dave Di Filippo in the 84th minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ignacio Mastache could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Oskar Haeger made a huge save. Colombia's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Kevin Mastache in the 89th minute. Pascual Carballar was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. If Ingemar Stålman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ingemar Stålman in the 96th minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Hermanö Oilers had played much better football throughout.
