In the 8th minute Avram Aluculesei shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Horia Ostoici showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. 11 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of ☆☆AC☆☆TG-OCNA☆☆'s Horia Ostoici. Horia Ostoici was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 14th minute, Cristian Sancho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Horia Ostoici didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Daniel Zorita went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Costel Busuioceanu in the 20th minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of ☆☆AC☆☆TG-OCNA☆☆'s Horia Ostoici. Horia Ostoici was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Felix Montenegro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Ecuador booed when ☆☆AC☆☆TG-OCNA☆☆ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rareș Ghionaru didn't get a good kick on the ball. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Costel Busuioceanu fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ☆☆AC☆☆TG-OCNA☆☆'s protests and gave Costel Busuioceanu a yellow card for diving instead. When Ecuador's Daniel Zorita in the 44th minute got a chance for a shot 44th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye ☆☆AC☆☆TG-OCNA☆☆'s goalie prevented a goal. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Horia Ostoici having to interfere. After the first half Ecuador were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Horia Ostoici tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 60 minutes, Cristian Sancho put it in 0-5 from a short distance just to the right of Horia Ostoici. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rareș Ghionaru during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 66 played minutes ☆☆AC☆☆TG-OCNA☆☆ got a freekick which was hit by Rareș Ghionaru. 66 minutes into the game Daniel Zorita kicked a great long shot which passed Horia Ostoici straight ahead into the goal, Result 0-6. One couldn't see Daniel Zorita behind all of his teammates who surrounded to congratulate him. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Horia Ostoici having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Zorita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Horia Ostoici breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match was over Ecuador could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than ☆☆AC☆☆TG-OCNA☆☆ throughout the match.
