David Aberle was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 10 played minutes Uetendorf Wanderers got a freekick which was hit by Sak de Cock. Chile's Mariano Lacasa got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Chile's Mariano Lacasa in the 16th minute got a chance for a shot 16th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Uetendorf Wanderers's goalie prevented a goal. 16 minutes in the game, Mariano Lacasa dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. After 17 played minutes Uetendorf Wanderers got a freekick which was hit by Sak de Cock. Mariano Lacasa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Chile booed when Uetendorf Wanderers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Giray Yeten didn't get a good kick on the ball. 25 minutes into the match, Uetendorf Wanderers's goal looked a bit too open when Mariano Lacasa came free, but David Aberle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind Uetendorf Wanderers's goalkeeper David Aberle, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Özcan Balcik could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Thiago Pliego made a huge save. Thiago Pliego made an important save on a dangerous shot by Martin Rutsch in the 32nd minute. David Aberle didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mariano Lacasa went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. A hard shot 37 in the game by Özcan Balcik from a close distance when the talented Thiago Pliego managed to make a qualified save. Chile's players were relieved. The audience was convinced that Martin Rutsch's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Thiago Pliego was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. 43 minutes had been played when some careless play by Uetendorf Wanderers's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Mariano Lacasa was slow to take the kick. During this time Chile's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Mariano Lacasa got away a dangerous shot. Despite this David Aberle quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Mariano Lacasa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but David Aberle read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Özcan Balcik in the 54th minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jose Manzanedo kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. In the 57th minute of the match Özcan Balcik sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Thiago Pliego skillfully saved the ball. If Martin Rutsch had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Mariano Lacasa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 61 minutes into the game, Uetendorf Wanderers's Zachary Pionek nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Thiago Pliego made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Thiago Pliego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Glenn Huez, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. In the 69th minute, Alan Tamayo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Chile booed when Uetendorf Wanderers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sak de Cock didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Uetendorf Wanderers's Sam Amiel got a free kick in the 77th minute. Thiago Pliego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Glenn Huez in the 79th minute of the match. 82 minutes into the game, Sak de Cock threw the ball into play from the sideline. Chile's Pedro Indiano quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. With a little luck, Uetendorf Wanderers's David Aberle got control of the ball when Mariano Lacasa tried to sneak it across the goal line. David Aberle took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariano Lacasa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 87th minute, Giorgos Papaiakovou hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Uetendorf Wanderers's David Aberle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 89th minute of play. David Aberle came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by Chile's Mariano Lacasa. But to his dismay, Mariano Lacasa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. 94 minutes into the match, Chile's goal looked a bit too open when Martin Rutsch came free, but Thiago Pliego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 95th minute Zachary Pionek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Pliego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Uetendorf Wanderers supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Chile's performance. The match ended with a win for Chile.
