Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Dinko Ormandzhiev took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd minute of the match, Daniel Zorita got a very nice opportunity to score, but Ikonom Brúmbarov was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Ikonom Brúmbarov was a little too slow when Daniel Zorita got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 3rd minute. The score was now 1-0. 11 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ikonom Brúmbarov, 2-0. 14 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Pavel Kenov came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Ecuador defense, Mario Kisev kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Julio Vera. The Ecuador fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Julio Vera should have stopped the shot. After 19 minutes of play, Temida Sf's Dinko Ormandzhiev made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Julio Vera was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ikonom Brúmbarov made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristian Sancho in the 23rd minute. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mario Kisev in the 26th minute of play. Temida Sf's Ikonom Brúmbarov proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Temida Sf from getting a goal against them. When the match clock showed 32 minutes, the score became 2-3 when Dinko Ormandzhiev sped through Ecuador's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Julio Vera. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Mario Kisev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 45 minutes, Daniel Zorita took a quick shot and it went in 3-3 without a chance for Ikonom Brúmbarov to make any attempt to save it. The first half was very even, with the score at 3-3 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Ikonom Brúmbarov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 51st minute of play. In the 53rd minute Agustín Saelices shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ikonom Brúmbarov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Felix Montenegro came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Felix Montenegro couldn't finish the play. If Dinko Ormandzhiev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Ecuador fans' excitement grew in the 59th match minute when Ecuador's Daniel Zorita looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 63rd match minute, Temida Sf was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ognyan Baronov to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 65 minutes, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Zorita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Temida Sf made a substitution. Traycho Stamboldzhiev replaced Mario Kisev. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dinko Ormandzhiev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Daniel Zorita might have been able to make a better finish in the 72nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ikonom Brúmbarov. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Daniel Zorita ran back to his position shaking his head. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lyubcho Mirov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lyubcho Mirov in the 79th minute of the match. Ikonom Brúmbarov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 82nd minute of play. 83 minutes into the match, Cristian Sancho had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ikonom Brúmbarov. Temida Sf's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristian Sancho was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-4. In the 86th minute, Felix Montenegro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ikonom Brúmbarov having to interfere. In the 95thth minute of the game Dinko Ormandzhiev who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ecuador's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
