Spectators: 49 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Joel Gaona kicked off to start the match. Vitomir Vutov made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 3rd minute. If Joel Gaona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Philotimo's goalkeeper Vitomir Vutov, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Alberto Tafalla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 13 minutes into the match, Aryakumara Snow notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Mexico's Dante Lacasa. Dante Lacasa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aryakumara Snow, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alberto Tafalla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Vitomir Vutov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Joel Gaona's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vitomir Vutov read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in FC Philotimo's zone, Joel Gaona stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vitomir Vutov came out of the goal and Joel Gaona tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 32nd minute, Lautaro Mancebo made a precise shot to the right of Vitomir Vutov. FC Philotimo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. 36 minutes into the match, FC Philotimo's goalkeeper Vitomir Vutov had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lautaro Mancebo. FC Philotimo's attentive Luis Barbas managed to snatch the ball when Macos Graciani made a throw-in in the 39th minute of the game. 45 minutes into the match, Mexico's Alberto Tafalla sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vitomir Vutov narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aryakumara Snow made a kick off. In the 52nd minute Aryakumara Snow shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonatan Strand kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. In the 55th minute, Macos Graciani hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to FC Philotimo getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Mauricio Froylan hit a great ball. FC Philotimo's Efrain Fuentes was substituted for Aryakumara Snow. FC Philotimo made a substitution. Fabian Vime replaced Xeromo Garibay. FC Philotimo made a substitution. Alejandro Chorache replaced Edgard Donzel. Mauricio Froylan kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Efrain Fuentes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dante Lacasa was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. FC Philotimo's Vitomir Vutov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 70th minute of play. Vitomir Vutov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Mexico's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joel Gaona in the 76th minute. The corner ended in Joel Gaona almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FC Philotimo's Vitomir Vutov did a great save. Alberto Tafalla recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. FC Philotimo's Efrain Fuentes got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Vitomir Vutov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 92nd minute of the match. Dante Lacasa came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Philotimo's Efrain Fuentes. But to his dismay, Efrain Fuentes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. The FC Philotimo supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing FC Philotimo would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
