Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Koby Wright got the match started through his kick off. With a little luck, Vikingos FC's Sebastián Sosa got control of the ball when Rohan Watson tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Canada's goalkeeper Jax Williamson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 23 minutes into the match, Marco Cantona had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jax Williamson. Canada's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marco Cantona was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Sebastián Sosa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan Dixon in the 26th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Koby Wright in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sebastián Sosa saved Vikingos FC from getting behind. Jan Dixon could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Sebastián Sosa made a huge save. Jan Dixon blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sebastián Sosa having to make a save. 37 minutes into the match, Vikingos FC's goalkeeper Sebastián Sosa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jan Dixon. Jan Dixon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sebastián Sosa having to interfere. 42 minutes into the game, Roque Vito threw the ball into play from the sideline. Canada's Eric Hill quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 43 minutes into the match, Vikingos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Carter George came free, but Sebastián Sosa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Vikingos FC's zone, Jan Dixon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sebastián Sosa came out of the goal and Jan Dixon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Marek Torm was the one to do the kick off. 58 minutes into the game, Canada's Jan Dixon nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sebastián Sosa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Canada's goalkeeper Jax Williamson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filip Edwards in the 64th minute of play forced Vikingos FC's goalkeeper Sebastián Sosa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jax Williamson was left in no man's land by his defense there! Sebastián Sosa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Theo Burton in the 82nd minute of the match. 85 minutes into the match, Vikingos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Filip Edwards came free, but Sebastián Sosa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Filip Edwards's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sebastián Sosa was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. Ladislao Erramu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jax Williamson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. Lucrețiu Filipașcu's late challenge caught a Canada's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lucrețiu Filipașcu helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Vikingos FC getting a freekick after 94 minutes play.
