In the 10th minute Axel Montenegro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Siro Joseph saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Axel Montenegro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Siro Joseph made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Axel Montenegro in the 15th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 17th minute of play forced Brown Puerto Madryn's goalkeeper Siro Joseph to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Siro Joseph showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Axel Montenegro, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Siro Joseph didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Axel Montenegro went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Siro Joseph showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Axel Montenegro in the 21st minute of the match. In the 29th minute, Samuel Navarro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Abram Sarmiento fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Siro Joseph having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Axel Montenegro in the 36th minute of play forced Brown Puerto Madryn's goalkeeper Siro Joseph to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 37th match minute, Colombia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kevin Mastache to maneuver through the defense. In the 38th minute of the match Cayetano Sendoa shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pedro Manzanares showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 42nd minute, Brown Puerto Madryn's Cayetano Sendoa seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Cayetano Sendoa the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Brown Puerto Madryn protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Cayetano Sendoa had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. A collision led to Brown Puerto Madryn getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Cayetano Sendoa hit a great ball. Abram Sarmiento hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Nemesio Oihan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Pedro Manzanares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Daniel Dorio to strike the kick off in the second half. After having played for 52 minutes, Nemesio Oihan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Brown Puerto Madryn's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nemesio Oihan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kevin Mastache could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Siro Joseph made a huge save. Brown Puerto Madryn's Siro Joseph played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Axel Montenegro in the 63rd minute of play. Siro Joseph didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Abram Sarmiento went, in the 65th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. With a little luck, Brown Puerto Madryn's Siro Joseph got control of the ball when Pascual Carballar tried to sneak it across the goal line. Leandro Vargas hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. After 71 played minutes Brown Puerto Madryn got a freekick which was hit by Leandro Vargas.
