With an extended leg and a bit of luck Piorno Bazarra prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 0-4 became the score in the 31st minute when Tomas Berganza elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 34 minutes into the match, Isidoro Sarmiento had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Piorno Bazarra. Penuel Football Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Isidoro Sarmiento was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. In the 37th minute, Tomas Berganza made a precise shot to the right of Piorno Bazarra. Penuel Football Club's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. A throw-in in the 42nd minute of the game was made by Dylan Sarmiento with Tomas Berganza as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Panama's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
