Spectators: 49 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) David Trezeguet made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 3rd minute, Felix Luque hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Jeferson Melo managed to get in a good position for a shot. SK8 4 lif3's supporters rose to their feet, but Jeferson Melo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dante Lacasa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 6th minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but János Gerencsér saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 9 minutes into the game, Jamaal Hill was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SK8 4 lif3's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mexico the free kick. The supporters of Mexico booed when SK8 4 lif3 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jamaal Hill didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 10th minute of the match Joel Gaona shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but János Gerencsér showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dick Ros in the 13th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Foster Howe during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 15 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for SK8 4 lif3! SK8 4 lif3:s János Gerencsér showed great skill when he stopped Joel Gaona:s penalty. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jeferson Melo in the 25th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dick Ros got free with Dante Lacasa in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as David Trezeguet kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Dante Lacasa. That made the score 2-0 in the 31 minute of play. 35 minutes into the match, SK8 4 lif3's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but János Gerencsér reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Mexico's Joel Gaona in 35 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. János Gerencsér guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Lautaro Mancebo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without János Gerencsér having to interfere. The supporters of Mexico booed when SK8 4 lif3 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Barrie Kemp didn't get a good kick on the ball. János Gerencsér stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Joel Gaona's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. János Gerencsér made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 45th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Joel Gaona made a kick off. Alberto Tafalla struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. János Gerencsér didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mexico. After having played for 53 minutes, Jeferson Melo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SK8 4 lif3's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jeferson Melo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. SK8 4 lif3's János Gerencsér played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 55th minute of play. With his leg János Gerencsér managed to avoid a goal in the 57thth minute, when Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 58 minutes into the match, Dick Ros had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dante Lacasa. Mexico's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dick Ros was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. In the 65th minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but János Gerencsér saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. SK8 4 lif3's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Alberto Tafalla 65 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 3-1. Lautaro Mancebo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. János Gerencsér tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, SK8 4 lif3's János Gerencsér got control of the ball when Lautaro Mancebo tried to sneak it across the goal line. János Gerencsér showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 74th minute of the match. When Alberto Tafalla came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Mexico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alberto Tafalla couldn't finish the play. SK8 4 lif3 made a substitution. Gino Norbert replaced David Trezeguet. SK8 4 lif3's Antony Ferrant was substituted for Dick Ros. In the 82nd minute of the match, Lautaro Mancebo got a very nice opportunity to score, but János Gerencsér was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. János Gerencsér showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. After 87 played minutes Mexico got a freekick which was hit by Lorenzo Cazalla. Alberto Tafalla might have been able to make a better finish in the 91st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over János Gerencsér. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alberto Tafalla ran back to his position shaking his head. 93 minutes into the game, Antony Ferrant cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Dante Lacasa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the referee blew the final whistle, SK8 4 lif3 could leave the field as winners, despite Mexico having more of the ball for most of the match.
