Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Panama's Tomas Berganza started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Rallye Team's Manuel Machado proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save Rallye Team from getting a goal against them. In the 4th minute, Cheikh Poussard hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marcos Cotilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Greg Filoche in the 9th minute of play. Abraham Alguacil recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Isidoro Sarmiento fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Panama's protests and gave Isidoro Sarmiento a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Panama's Isidoro Sarmiento got a free kick in the 12th minute. In the 14th minute Théophile Leprêtre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Cotilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Rallye Team getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Cheikh Poussard hit a great ball. 16 minutes into the match, Rallye Team's goalkeeper Manuel Machado had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Isidoro Sarmiento. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Tomas Berganza managed to get in a good position for a shot. Panama's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Berganza was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Manuel Machado breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, Rallye Team's Manuel Machado got control of the ball when Abraham Alguacil tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 25th minute, Panama's Tomas Berganza dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Marcos Cotilla didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Théophile Leprêtre went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. After some careless play in the Panama defense, Brandon Teisseire kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcos Cotilla. The Panama fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcos Cotilla should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Panama's Abraham Alguacil got a free kick in the 39th minute. Isidoro Sarmiento fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manuel Machado having to interfere. Manuel Machado stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Isidoro Sarmiento's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. Manuel Machado made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Isidoro Sarmiento sent off a good shot on target.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Greg Filoche to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Rallye Team booed when Panama was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felipe Ros didn't get a good kick on the ball. Manuel Machado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isidoro Sarmiento, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. In the 55th minute Panama were awarded a corner. Abraham Alguacil went to the cornerflag to take it. Abraham Alguacil made a great header on Panama's corner, it was just that Rallye Team's Manuel Machado managed to reach the ball for a save. Mehdi Saussereau hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Marcos Cotilla made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Greg Filoche sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 64 minutes, Miguel Miralles managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Panama's supporters crossed their fingers, but Miguel Miralles was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 65th match minute, Panama was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alex Cambeiro to maneuver through the defense. Tomas Berganza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Manuel Machado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Abraham Alguacil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Manuel Machado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isidoro Sarmiento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Panama's Marcos Cotilla got control of the ball when Greg Filoche tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Rallye Team's zone, Abraham Alguacil stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Manuel Machado came out of the goal and Abraham Alguacil tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marcos Cotilla made an important save on a dangerous shot by Greg Filoche in the 92nd minute. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Panama lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
