Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Venezuela's Tomas Illescas started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 4 played minutes Cristian Tuste rounded Venezuela's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. 8 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristian Tuste. Cristian Tuste could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. 13 minutes had been played when some careless play by Venezuela's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Brett Crossman was slow to take the kick. During this time AMAZON DU DAHOMEY's players had a chance to rest. AMAZON DU DAHOMEY's Lloyd Findley was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jonathan Ferrant in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After some careless play in the AMAZON DU DAHOMEY defense, Tomas Illescas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of 罗亮磊. The AMAZON DU DAHOMEY fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that 罗亮磊 should have stopped the shot. Timothy Dennison fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. 2-1 became the score in the 21st minute when Cristian Tuste elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After 25 played minutes AMAZON DU DAHOMEY got a freekick which was hit by Matt Newby. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 29th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jose Correa to maneuver through the defense. 31 minutes into the game, AMAZON DU DAHOMEY's Baltasar Distiratsu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. After 33 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Joshua Secada. Jonathan Venegas kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. In the 35th minute of the match Brett Crossman shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jonathan Ferrant showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The Venezuela fans' excitement grew in the 40th match minute when Venezuela's Tomas Illescas looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 44th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camilo Gaos to maneuver through the defense. In the 45th minute, Matt Newby hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, AMAZON DU DAHOMEY's Matt Newby got a free kick in the 46th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Baltasar Distiratsu was the one to do the kick off. In the 56th minute, Baltasar Distiratsu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Matt Newby made in the 58th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Lloyd Findley immediately put the ball in play. Tomas Illescas hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. A hard shot 66 in the game by Tomas Illescas from a close distance when the talented 罗亮磊 managed to make a qualified save. AMAZON DU DAHOMEY's players were relieved. When Patricio Costa fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Venezuela's protests and gave Patricio Costa a yellow card for diving instead. After 67 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Patricio Costa. In the 68th minute of the match Lloyd Findley shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jonathan Ferrant showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The supporters of AMAZON DU DAHOMEY booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guillermo Mariano didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tomas Illescas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baltasar Distiratsu in the 94th minute of play. In the 94th minute, Jose Correa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The AMAZON DU DAHOMEY fans cheered their team off the field, for while Venezuela had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
