Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) ternana calcio fc's Amerigo Pugliese started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, Amerigo Pugliese got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Ennio Bosso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Alvaro Punta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Alvaro Punta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 10 minutes into the match, ternana calcio fc's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but Aureliusz Podolski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Venezuela's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Tomas Illescas in the 11th minute. After taking down the ball on Venezuela's corner Patricio Costa fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Aureliusz Podolski quite easily take care of the ball. 12 minutes into the game, Venezuela's Patricio Costa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aureliusz Podolski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alvaro Punta in the 16th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tomas Illescas in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aureliusz Podolski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jonathan Venegas charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jonathan Venegas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jonathan Venegas hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Ennio Bosso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Amerigo Pugliese got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Alvaro Punta was extremely unlucky when he, in the 28th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Amerigo Pugliese could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them. When Amerigo Pugliese came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the ternana calcio fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amerigo Pugliese couldn't finish the play. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ennio Bosso in the 41st minute of play. In the 46th minute the ball was on its way in behind ternana calcio fc's goalkeeper Aureliusz Podolski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tomas Illescas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Aureliusz Podolski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Illescas in the 51st minute of the match. In the 54th match minute, ternana calcio fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tolek Rywin to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomas Illescas got free with Aureliusz Podolski in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 62nd minute Ennio Bosso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amerigo Pugliese in the 63rd minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 70 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Jose Correa. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 72nd minute of the game. One of ternana calcio fc:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Venezuela:s goal. Aureliusz Podolski had in the 73rdth minute some difficulties stopping Tomas Illescas's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 74th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patricio Costa to maneuver through the defense. When the match clock showed 75 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Ennio Bosso sped through Venezuela's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. When the match had gone on for 81 minutes, Amerigo Pugliese put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. In the 85thth minute of the game Amerigo Pugliese who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anfilogino Pasquino in the 90th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Camilo Gaos kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Patricio Costa kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Amerigo Pugliese received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the ternana calcio fc players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
