Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Jaime Pardo got the match started through his kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Brian May in the 3rd minute of play forced Paraguay's goalkeeper Jacobo Nores to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Erik Pettersson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Paraguay's Jacobo Nores played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andreas Carlberg in the 9th minute of play. If Kjell-Arne Åberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 13 minutes into the match, Moodys IF's goal looked a bit too open when Primitivo Escribano came free, but Azam Sum reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Paraguay's zone, Kjell-Arne Åberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jacobo Nores came out of the goal and Kjell-Arne Åberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 18th minute, Primitivo Escribano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Brian May sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 24th minute, Barnabás Selymes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 26th minute, Brian May made a precise shot to the right of Jacobo Nores. Paraguay's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 30th minute, Andreas Carlberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jacobo Nores was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Jacobo Nores didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Johannes Tidén went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. In the 35th match minute, Moodys IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bo-Erik Högberg to maneuver through the defense. Azam Sum made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Jaime Pardo sent off a good shot on target. In the 37th minute Kjell-Arne Åberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacobo Nores saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Andreas Carlberg struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Jacobo Nores didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Moodys IF. Jacobo Nores took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Johannes Tidén, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Brian May was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Paraguay's goal looked a bit too open when Johannes Tidén came free, but Jacobo Nores reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Brian May got free with Jacobo Nores in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Brian May who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 58thth minute tested the skills of Jacobo Nores when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 63 minutes into the match, Brian May had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jacobo Nores. Paraguay's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Brian May was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. In the 65th match minute, Paraguay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jaime Pardo to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Barnabás Selymes during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 67th minute, Barnabás Selymes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 0-5 became the score in the 77th minute when Johannes Tidén elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Brian May's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 80thth minute, Jacobo Nores skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 81 minutes Paraguay's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Kjell-Arne Åberg who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Kjell-Arne Åberg almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Paraguay's Jacobo Nores did a great save. Hector Covarrubias hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. After 83 minutes, Ivan Prats mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Paraguay and the Moodys IF players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 83 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Paraguay! The supporters of Moodys IF booed when Paraguay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jaime Pardo didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alan Campos during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 89th minute, Kjell-Arne Åberg sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Paraguay's Jacobo Nores didn't even have to move. In the 92nd minute, Kjell-Arne Åberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Moodys IF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6.
