Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) La Pantera Azulgrana's Ahmet Sefer started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Dibag Martinez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Andino in the 5th minute of play. Dibag Martinez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 6th minute of the match. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ahmet Sefer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 12 minutes Ecuador's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Mati Suárez who took care of the corner kick. Ahmet Sefer was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. La Pantera Azulgrana's Dibag Martinez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felix Montenegro in the 19th minute of play. Ahmet Sefer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Julio Vera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ahmet Sefer in the 26th minute. Dibag Martinez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 34th minute of play. La Pantera Azulgrana's Dibag Martinez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 36th minute of play. 37 minutes into the match, La Pantera Azulgrana's Ahmet Sefer sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Vera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 39 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmet Sefer came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Daniel Zorita missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 44 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Dibag Martinez right hand side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 47th minute of play forced La Pantera Azulgrana's goalkeeper Dibag Martinez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Daniel Zorita made a kick off. In the 51st minute, Ahmet Sefer ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Julio Vera was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. When Daniel Zorita came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Zorita couldn't finish the play. Ahmet Sefer took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Julio Vera. Julio Vera dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 68th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dibag Martinez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Sefer in the 71st minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Felix Montenegro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Dibag Martinez made a huge save. 74 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dibag Martinez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ahmet Sefer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When La Pantera Azulgrana's Ahmet Sefer in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ecuador's goalie prevented a goal. Ahmet Sefer's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 82 minutes, Cristian Sancho took a quick shot and it went in 4-1 without a chance for Dibag Martinez to make any attempt to save it. La Pantera Azulgrana's Dibag Martinez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agustín Saelices in the 85th minute of play. After 86 played minutes La Pantera Azulgrana got a freekick which was hit by Rolands Schiavi. When the referee blew the final whistle, La Pantera Azulgrana could leave the field as winners, despite Ecuador having more of the ball for most of the match.
