Paraguay's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Moodys IF the free kick. The supporters of Moodys IF booed when Paraguay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hector Covarrubias didn't get a good kick on the ball. Andreas Carlberg succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-8 in the 54th playminute. Brian May struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Jacobo Nores didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Moodys IF. Andreas Carlberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jacobo Nores showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Johannes Tidén in the 63rd minute of the match. Moodys IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Johannes Tidén was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jaime Pardo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Azam Sum having to make a save.
