With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robustiano Gipuzkoa in the 13th minute of play. Angel Urbasa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robustiano Gipuzkoa in the 18th minute of the match. A hard shot 20 in the game by Robustiano Gipuzkoa from a close distance when the talented Jonathan Ferrant managed to make a qualified save. Venezuela's players were relieved. 21 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Angel Urbasa. Robustiano Gipuzkoas short, quick shot in the 22ndth minute got Jonathan Ferrant to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas got a free kick in the 26th minute. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Wallace FC booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Correa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonathan Ferrant acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 30th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Constantin-Maximilian La Rocca. Jose Correa hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robustiano Gipuzkoa in the 38th minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Robustiano Gipuzkoa went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Tomas Illescas made the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the game, Robustiano Gipuzkoa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgardo Rozarius, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Tomas Illescas hit a great ball. Patricio Costa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ramiro Liberto in the 70th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Patricio Costa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Constantin-Maximilian La Rocca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Patricio Costa kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. After 84 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Camilo Gaos. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ramiro Liberto's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. 87 minutes into the match, Ramiro Liberto notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benigno Oxel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
