Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Okanalp Özdil kicked off to start the match. 6 minutes into the match, Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Okanalp Özdil. Matthijs Dekens kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. In the 11th play minute Okanalp Özdil came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Joaquin Gayoso. 1-0. After a rather tough play, Candelaria FC's Timoteo Michael got a free kick in the 14th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Okanalp Özdil in the 16th minute of play forced Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 17 minutes of play, Candelaria FC's Okanalp Özdil made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Joaquin Gayoso was left in no man's land by his defense there! Camilo Franco hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. 22 minutes into the match, Okanalp Özdil had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Joaquin Gayoso. Uruguay's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Okanalp Özdil was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Okanalp Özdil scored 4-0 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Joaquin Gayoso, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Arturo Carvallo hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. 30 minutes into the match, Okanalp Özdil dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Joaquin Gayoso, 5-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Okanalp Özdil in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Joaquin Gayoso prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
The wind increased when Francisco Seco made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute the ball was on its way in behind Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 52 minutes of play, Candelaria FC's Okanalp Özdil made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Joaquin Gayoso was left in no man's land by his defense there! 55 minutes into the match, Uruguay's goal looked a bit too open when Arnaldo Marquez came free, but Joaquin Gayoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 57thth minute of the game Okanalp Özdil who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 65th minute of the match Marciano Lekubegi sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Joaquin Gayoso skillfully saved the ball. After having played for 67 minutes, Okanalp Özdil managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Candelaria FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Okanalp Özdil was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Candelaria FC's Sven-Olof Sjöberg was substituted for Okanalp Özdil. Candelaria FC's Danilo Testa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jaime Cazalla in the 70th minute of play. Marciano Lekubegi lost his temper 71 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. When the match had been going on for 73 minutes, Uruguay's Jaime Cazalla got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Danilo Testa. Danilo Testa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximiliano Escribano in the 77th minute of play. Sven-Olof Sjöberg struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Joaquin Gayoso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Candelaria FC. 81 minutes into the match, Uruguay's goal looked a bit too open when Arnaldo Marquez came free, but Joaquin Gayoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Camilo Covarrubias hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Joaquin Gayoso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sven-Olof Sjöberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Sven-Olof Sjöberg took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Joaquin Gayoso. Joaquin Gayoso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-1. Sven-Olof Sjöberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquin Gayoso having to interfere. After 86 played minutes Candelaria FC got a freekick which was hit by Timoteo Michael. After a rather tough play, Uruguay's Camilo Franco got a free kick in the 90th minute. 93 minutes into the game, Candelaria FC's Sven-Olof Sjöberg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Joaquin Gayoso made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-1. After 95 minutes of play Uruguay's Camilo Franco was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 96 played minutes Uruguay got a freekick which was hit by Camilo Franco. 97 minutes into the match, Uruguay's goal looked a bit too open when Timoteo Michael came free, but Joaquin Gayoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the Uruguay players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Candelaria FC.
