The audience thought a goal was coming when Serafim Malta got free with Dante Lacasa in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 10 minutes into the match, Joel Gaona notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC's Liu Xing Qiang. Liu Xing Qiang was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Liu Xing Qiang took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Tafalla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erwin Jadamowitz in the 18th minute of the match. Liu Xing Qiang made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 20th minute of play. After 21 played minutes Mexico got a freekick which was hit by Luca Rouco. Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC's Quique Branca got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lautaro Mancebo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Liu Xing Qiang read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. 30 minutes into the game, Luca Zorita was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mexico's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC the free kick. A collision led to Mexico getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Luca Zorita hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 32 minutes, Francesco Coscia took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Dante Lacasa to make any attempt to save it. Liu Xing Qiang took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Gaona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 39 minutes into the match, Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Lautaro Mancebo came free, but Liu Xing Qiang reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erwin Jadamowitz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luca Rouco hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match.

Liu Xing Qiang made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 53rd minute. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francesco Coscia in the 54th minute of play. Dante Lacasa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Serafim Malta went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Mexico's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joel Gaona in the 60th minute. In the 62nd minute Wen Yi Peng shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Augusto Sammartino kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Serafim Malta, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC's goalkeeper Liu Xing Qiang, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francesco Coscia in the 70th minute of the match. Dante Lacasa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Francesco Coscia went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC's Christian Bulla was substituted for Quique Branca. Mexico were awarded a corner in the 84th minute after Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Joel Gaona took the corner. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luca Zorita in the 89th minute of play forced Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC's goalkeeper Liu Xing Qiang to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Didier Skarsø in the 94th minute of the match.
