Bianco Doris showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 4th minute of the match. If Luis Andino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Julio Vera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alessandro Ronconi in the 12th minute. Bianco Doris made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 16th minute of play. 17 minutes had been played when some careless play by Basaldella AFC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. Bianco Doris showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. In the 25th minute, Cristian Sancho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bianco Doris was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Basaldella AFC's Bianco Doris played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agustín Saelices in the 28th minute of play. After 30 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Cristian Sancho. Basaldella AFC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Federico Alessandro in the 32nd minute. Federico Alessandro struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Julio Vera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Basaldella AFC. Bianco Doris took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bianco Doris having to interfere. In the 42nd minute, Cosimo Baratta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Agustín Saelices sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daniel Zorita to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute of the match, Daniel Zorita got a very nice opportunity to score, but Bianco Doris was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bianco Doris having to interfere. After 60 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Agustín Saelices. Basaldella AFC made a substitution. Antonio Bottega replaced Federico Alessandro. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antonio Bottega in the 62nd minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 64 minutes, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristian Sancho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alessandro Ronconi in the 68th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bianco Doris didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Daniel Zorita went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. After having played for 74 minutes, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. When Cristian Sancho came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristian Sancho couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Felix Montenegro got free with Bianco Doris in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a defensive mix-up in Basaldella AFC's zone, Cristian Sancho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bianco Doris came out of the goal and Cristian Sancho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bianco Doris showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antonio Bottega, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. In the 91st minute, Cosimo Baratta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Basaldella AFC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ecuador were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
