Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Jonathan Sammut took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 9th minute Milagros Fraga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but André Courtois saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 10th minute of play forced Templars FC's goalkeeper André Courtois to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Eliseo Mina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. André Courtois took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luz Tejedor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 27th minute, Julian Murillo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. André Courtois was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. André Courtois came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Peru's Eliseo Mina. But to his dismay, Eliseo Mina quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Julian Murillo scored 0-3 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of André Courtois, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. André Courtois showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. In the 42nd minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but André Courtois saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Julian Murillo to strike the kick off in the second half. Evan Vancell kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Templars FC's André Courtois proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Templars FC from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Milagros Fraga managed to get in a good position for a shot. Peru's supporters rose to their feet, but Milagros Fraga was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. André Courtois breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Templars FC's Márk Kovács was substituted for Jonathan Sammut. After 72 played minutes Peru got a freekick which was hit by Joaquin Prats. After having played for 73 minutes, Adelino Marques managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Templars FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adelino Marques was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Milagros Fraga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. André Courtois took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. André Courtois made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 84th minute of play. 85 minutes into the match, Márk Kovács had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rolando Noboa. Peru's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Márk Kovács was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Peru made a substitution. Rafael Gallo replaced Julian Murillo. Joaquin Phoenix took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rolando Noboa. Rolando Noboa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. When Rafael Gallo came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Peru fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rafael Gallo couldn't finish the play.
