Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Wy-pas's Roch Mazierski started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute Mevlüt Serin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lukasz Jaszynski took the ball and in the 5 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Lautaro Puig's late challenge caught a Wy-pas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lautaro Puig helped the player get up and apologised. Mevlüt Serin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Benito Sanz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mevlüt Serin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 18th minute Mevlüt Serin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Roch Mazierski in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Benito Sanz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Wy-pas were awarded a corner in the 24th minute after Costa Rica's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Lukasz Jaszynski took the corner. The corner ended in Ace Ventura almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Costa Rica's Benito Sanz did a great save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roch Mazierski in the 26th minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 30 minutes into the match, Ace Ventura had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ace Ventura was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. After 33 minutes of play, Wy-pas's Mevlüt Serin made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benito Sanz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mevlüt Serin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 37th minute, Mevlüt Serin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Wy-pas fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-7. Lukasz Jaszynski struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Benito Sanz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wy-pas. Mevlüt Serin took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-8. 46 minutes into the game, Wy-pas's Mevlüt Serin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benito Sanz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-9.

Mevlüt Serin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Benito Sanz made a huge save. In the 55th minute, Ace Ventura ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benito Sanz was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-10. The Wy-pas fans' excitement grew in the 58th match minute when Wy-pas's Mevlüt Serin looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-11 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 61st match minute, Wy-pas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pavel Tunar to maneuver through the defense. Wy-pas made a substitution. Michal Piechocki replaced Mevlüt Serin. The supporters of Costa Rica booed when Wy-pas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pavel Tunar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Wy-pas's Michal Piechocki got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 69th minute Sergio Irazabal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 73rd match minute, Wy-pas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fintan Walker to maneuver through the defense. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hong Yi Jian, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Juan Rubio got a free kick in the 88th minute. After 89 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Juan Rubio. In the 90th minute, Roch Mazierski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Costa Rica from getting a goal against them. Wy-pas's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
