Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Daniel Zorita made the kick off which started today's match. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Arne Wijk stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Arne Wijk tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 11 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arcan Çapan. When Luis Andino came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luis Andino couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in FCF north's zone, Felix Montenegro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Chris Tinselboer came out of the goal and Felix Montenegro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 18 minutes, Mazinho Alcântara mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FCF north and the Ecuador players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 19th minute, Jonatan Bilintx hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arcan Çapan, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Chris Tinselboer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Ecuador defense, Arcan Çapan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Julio Vera. The Ecuador fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Julio Vera should have stopped the shot. In the 34th minute Luis Andino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chris Tinselboer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 36th minute, FCF north's Xie Yan ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Julio Vera. Julio Vera yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Mazinho Alcântara was shown his second yellow card after 42 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 43rd minute, Mazinho Alcântara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 44th minute of the match Daniel Zorita sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Chris Tinselboer skillfully saved the ball. Cristian Sancho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Arcan Çapan came free with the goalkeeper in the 47th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Julio Vera could save by the left post. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Chris Tinselboer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 54th minute of play. The supporters of FCF north booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antonio Arias didn't get a good kick on the ball. 56 minutes into the match, FCF north's Edgar Baan broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chris Tinselboer having to interfere. Chris Tinselboer made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Felix Montenegro got a free kick in the 61st minute. After 68 minutes FCF north's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xie Yan in the 71st minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xie Yan in the 73rd minute of the match. 74 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Arcan Çapan came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in FCF north's zone, Luis Andino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Chris Tinselboer came out of the goal and Luis Andino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Arcan Çapan kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. In the 80th minute the ball was on its way in behind FCF north's goalkeeper Chris Tinselboer, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 81st minute, Jonathan Steelman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Julio Vera was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. In the 90th minute Arcan Çapan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cristian Sancho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Felix Montenegro hit a great ball. The FCF north support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
