Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Teobald Szpakowski kicked off to start the match. 1-0 became the score in the 5th minute when Sérgio Monteiro elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The supporters of Sosnowe Klimaty booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guillermo Mariano didn't get a good kick on the ball. 8 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Teobald Szpakowski. An unexpectedly hard shot by Czeslaw Cwynar in the 9th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 10th minute, Teobald Szpakowski made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. When Sosnowe Klimaty's Teobald Szpakowski in the 16th minute got a chance for a shot 16th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Venezuela's goalie prevented a goal. Czeslaw Cwynar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Teobald Szpakowski tried to sneak it across the goal line. Venezuela's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Teobald Szpakowski 23 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 5-0. The corner led Sosnowe Klimaty's Sérgio Monteiro to fire away a dangerous shot which Jonathan Ferrant despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Denis Man took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. If Sérgio Monteiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 43 minutes, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Venezuela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Illescas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kryspin Cwynar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Illescas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 6-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tomas Illescas made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Rigoberto Mina hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Teobald Szpakowski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Camilo Gaos hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sérgio Monteiro in the 60th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 61 minutes into the game, Patricio Costa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Venezuela's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sosnowe Klimaty the free kick. Patricio Costa hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Denis Man in the 63rd minute of play. After 65 minutes of play Venezuela's Patricio Costa was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Patricio Costa hit a great ball. After 70 played minutes Sosnowe Klimaty got a freekick which was hit by Marian Matela. After recieving a nice pass, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas tried to score from far away in the 73rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Tomas Illescas made a great header on Venezuela's corner, it was just that Sosnowe Klimaty's Kryspin Cwynar managed to reach the ball for a save. The audience was convinced that Tomas Illescas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kryspin Cwynar was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. In the 80th play minute Tomas Illescas came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Kryspin Cwynar. 8-1. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Joshua Secada hit a great ball. In the 89th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jose Correa to maneuver through the defense. In the 90th minute, Jonathan Venegas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sérgio Monteiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 94th minute Czeslaw Cwynar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sosnowe Klimaty walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
