With a couple of smart ball manuevers Koby Wright in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dacian Nițescu saved AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC from getting behind. 9 minutes had been played when some careless play by AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Koby Wright was slow to take the kick. During this time Canada's players had a chance to rest. Dacian Nițescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Koby Wright, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dacian Nițescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Koby Wright in the 15th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Canada's Koby Wright slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Dacian Nițescu. That made the score 1-0 after 20 minutes of play. Dacian Nițescu was out of position in the 25 minute of play, and Koby Wright capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Koby Wright really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. In the 28th minute Don Cabezon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jax Williamson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 29 minutes into the game, Don Cabezon cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Jax Williamson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With an all-out effort, Canada's Dacian Nițescu threw himself towards the right post 34 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Koby Wright, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. When Don Cabezon came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Don Cabezon couldn't finish the play. Dacian Nițescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Koby Wright, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Andre Darmuis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

After a rather tough play, AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC's Gorri Sañudo got a free kick in the 50th minute. 53 minutes into the match, Don Cabezon dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jax Williamson, 2-2. The audience was convinced that Don Cabezon's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jax Williamson was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC's Dacian Nițescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Koby Wright in the 62nd minute of play. Don Cabezon could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Jax Williamson made a huge save. Dacian Nițescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Koby Wright, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Canada's Filip Edwards was substituted for Koby Wright. Canada's Prince Anderson was substituted for Carter George. AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC made a substitution. Dewa Warauw replaced Don Cabezon. Theo Burton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dacian Nițescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luka Harris, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Theo Burton in the 90th minute of play forced AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC's goalkeeper Dacian Nițescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Canada booed when AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andre Darmuis didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 92nd minute Filip Edwards shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dacian Nițescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
