Jukatriz's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Cassius Byrne ran over to the corner to take the kick. USA's Marco Day played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arif Ozan Sureha in the 35th minute of play. Oséas Albuquerque took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zach Harrison, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zach Harrison in the 60th minute of play forced Jukatriz's goalkeeper Oséas Albuquerque to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cássio de Alcântara kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match.
