Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Mariano Lacasa started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cruzeiro MZC -DMZ-'s goalkeeper Raphael Dantas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Mariano Lacasa, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 10 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Raphael Dantas was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Simo Mihklisaar in the 12th minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Raphael Dantas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 14th minute of play. In the 15th minute Zbigniew Zatorski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Pliego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 20 minutes Chile's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Dobromir Malewicki who took care of the corner kick. Sílvio Luiz Vieira was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. 22 minutes into the match, Chile's goal looked a bit too open when Simo Mihklisaar came free, but Thiago Pliego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 25 played minutes Cruzeiro MZC -DMZ- got a freekick which was hit by Pedro Luiz Dantas. Tony Thanos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thiago Pliego having to interfere. In the 30th minute, Orlando Casaus ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Raphael Dantas was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Francisco Carballar kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Laerte Romero hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. In the 41st minute, Tony Thanos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Thiago Pliego was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Simo Mihklisaar in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Thiago Pliego prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mariano Lacasa's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 47thth minute, Raphael Dantas skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zbigniew Zatorski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Guillermo Fontirroig might have been able to make a better finish in the 52nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Raphael Dantas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Guillermo Fontirroig ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kristofer Peck in the 53rd minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 56th minute, Orlando Casaus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Mariano Lacasa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Thiago Pliego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tony Thanos in the 65th minute of the match. 68 minutes into the match, Chile's goal looked a bit too open when Zbigniew Zatorski came free, but Thiago Pliego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zbigniew Zatorski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Thiago Pliego made a huge save. Francisco Carballar hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Zbigniew Zatorski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Thiago Pliego was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. 75 minutes into the match, Mariano Lacasa notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Cruzeiro MZC -DMZ-'s Raphael Dantas. Raphael Dantas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
