Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Panama's Tomas Berganza started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Abraham Alguacil came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Panama fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abraham Alguacil couldn't finish the play. Sven-Oskar Hammarström stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomas Berganza's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. Miguel Miralles recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ahmet Gökalp Altıparmak kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Sven-Oskar Hammarström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abraham Alguacil, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Sven-Oskar Hammarström stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomas Berganza's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. Marcos Cotilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Walter Bergström, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Glemmingebro IF's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Peter Sjöström in the 27th minute. Glemmingebro IF's Gustaf Hansson was substituted for Henning Flink. 46 minutes into the game, one of Glemmingebro IF:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gustaf Hansson to make the kick off. Abraham Alguacil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 58th minute, Tomas Berganza made a precise shot to the right of Sven-Oskar Hammarström. Glemmingebro IF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. After a rather tough play, Panama's Jose Carita got a free kick in the 61st minute. The supporters of Glemmingebro IF booed when Panama was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Carita didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Miguel Miralles managed to get in a good position for a shot. Panama's supporters rose to their feet, but Miguel Miralles was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sven-Oskar Hammarström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jose Carita kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. The supporters of Panama booed when Glemmingebro IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Peter Sjöström didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Glemmingebro IF defense, Abraham Alguacil kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sven-Oskar Hammarström. The Glemmingebro IF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sven-Oskar Hammarström should have stopped the shot. Sven-Oskar Hammarström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abraham Alguacil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 83rd minute, Lars-Erik Albohm hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Isidoro Sarmiento kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Tomas Berganza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Sven-Oskar Hammarström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 93rd minute of the game Jose Carita made a throw-in which Miguel Miralles played forward.
