Pedro Manzanares was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Enio Coelho showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 14 minute of play. In the 29th minute, CRONOPIOS Y FAMAS's Enio Coelho dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. After some careless play in the CRONOPIOS Y FAMAS defense, Axel Montenegro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ter Stefanek. The CRONOPIOS Y FAMAS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ter Stefanek should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Colombia booed when CRONOPIOS Y FAMAS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Prospero Jobo didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to CRONOPIOS Y FAMAS getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Maximo Peru hit a great ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Enio Coelho made a kick off. In the 51st minute, Colombia's Antonio Indiano seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Antonio Indiano the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Colombia protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Antonio Indiano had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 51st minute of the game. One of Colombia:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of CRONOPIOS Y FAMAS:s goal. In the 56th minute, Rein Keerme hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 58th minute, Enio Coelho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Julian Casado hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Kevin Mastache sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With an all-out effort, Colombia's Ter Stefanek threw himself towards the right post 64 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Abram Sarmiento, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Colombia's Abram Secada was substituted for Axel Montenegro. CRONOPIOS Y FAMAS made a substitution. Ramón Furtado replaced Enio Coelho. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Prospero Jobo couldn't finish the play. In the 84th minute of the match Colombia got a corner. CRONOPIOS Y FAMAS's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Kevin Mastache ran over to the corner to take the kick. Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ramón Furtado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the CRONOPIOS Y FAMAS defense, Kevin Mastache kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ter Stefanek. The CRONOPIOS Y FAMAS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ter Stefanek should have stopped the shot. A collision led to CRONOPIOS Y FAMAS getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Rein Keerme hit a great ball. In the 93rd minute, Kevin Mastache got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
