Justo Lukach took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rolando Noboa. Rolando Noboa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 13th match minute, Atlético da Colina was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ref Bunsoy to maneuver through the defense. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Justo Lukach, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rolando Noboa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Justo Lukach's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Justo Lukach in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rolando Noboa saved Peru from getting behind. Hílton Dias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luz Tejedor in the 22nd minute of the match. The supporters of Peru booed when Atlético da Colina was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tom Demange didn't get a good kick on the ball. 27 minutes had been played when some careless play by Peru's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ref Bunsoy was slow to take the kick. During this time Atlético da Colina's players had a chance to rest. In the 28th minute of the match Atlético da Colina got a corner. Peru's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ref Bunsoy ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Atlético da Colina's corner Set Master fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Rolando Noboa quite easily take care of the ball. Alonso Berganza made in the 34th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Atlético da Colina's Justo Lukach. In the 36th minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hílton Dias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Justo Lukach made a kick off. Tom Demange got a throw-in 55 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Lucas Moura. 59 minutes had been played when some careless play by Peru's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ref Bunsoy was slow to take the kick. During this time Atlético da Colina's players had a chance to rest. Boyko Dandanov was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 64 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Atlético da Colina defense, Luz Tejedor kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hílton Dias. The Atlético da Colina fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hílton Dias should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Atlético da Colina's zone, Milagros Fraga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hílton Dias came out of the goal and Milagros Fraga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 74 minutes into the match, Atlético da Colina's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Hílton Dias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Set Master in the 75th minute of play. Hílton Dias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 78th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 80th minute of play forced Atlético da Colina's goalkeeper Hílton Dias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Set Master in the 83rd minute of play. 88 minutes into the match, Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Diego Souza.
