Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Bengt Persson kicked off to start the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mustafa Ekrem Avşar got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anselm Hayer in the 5th minute of play. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Rigoberto Mina hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Paul Some stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Paul Some tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jonathan Ferrant was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Mustafa Ekrem Avşar showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 10 minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant was out of position in the 13 minute of play, and Anselm Hayer capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Anselm Hayer really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Lance Malliouris took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Illescas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Patricio Costa hit a great ball. In the 21st minute Paul Some suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. FC Schonebeck's Mehmet Ali Wrobel was substituted for Paul Some. In the 22nd minute, Patricio Costa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 31 minutes into the match, FC Schonebeck's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but Lance Malliouris reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 32nd minute, Anselm Hayer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Bengt Persson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Schonebeck's Bengt Persson. But to his dismay, Bengt Persson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Jonathan Ferrant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bengt Persson went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. When Anselm Hayer came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the FC Schonebeck fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anselm Hayer couldn't finish the play. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anselm Hayer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Guillermo Mariano got a free kick in the 43rd minute. When the match had gone on for 44 minutes, Bengt Persson put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Tomas Illescas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tomas Illescas to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lance Malliouris made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. Bengt Persson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 56th minute, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Lance Malliouris. Lance Malliouris yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 5-2. In the 59th minute Anselm Hayer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 62 minutes into the game, Bengt Persson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-2. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Anselm Hayer took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-2. Tomas Illescas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lance Malliouris read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. FC Schonebeck made a substitution. Lothar Drinkard replaced Anselm Hayer. Venezuela's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Tomas Illescas in the 70th minute. Mehmet Ali Wrobel hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. FC Schonebeck made a substitution. Carmine Anastasi replaced Michael Laudrup. A collision led to FC Schonebeck getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Mehmet Ali Wrobel hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bengt Persson in the 80th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 80th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonathan Venegas to maneuver through the defense. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bengt Persson in the 83rd minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bengt Persson's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. In the 86th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Schonebeck's goalkeeper Lance Malliouris, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Lance Malliouris made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Tomas Illescas sent off a good shot on target. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bengt Persson in the 93rd minute of play. 95 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Lothar Drinkard came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
