Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Daniel Zorita kicked off to start the match. Edgar Grep showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. 8 minutes into the match, Älta BK's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Edgar Grep reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 15 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Edgar Grep narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 18th minute of the match, Daniel Zorita got a very nice opportunity to score, but Edgar Grep was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Daniel Zorita in the 20thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Edgar Grep, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Per-Erik Bergfeldt struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Julio Vera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Älta BK. Edgar Grep made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Cristian Sancho sent off a good shot on target. After 31 minutes Älta BK's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Felix Montenegro got free with Edgar Grep in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jim Stephansson kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. 40 minutes into the match, Älta BK's goalkeeper Edgar Grep had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. In the 42nd minute, Oscar Dalkvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Felix Montenegro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Edgar Grep tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Ecuador fans' excitement grew in the 45th match minute when Ecuador's Juan Sebastián Puig looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Edgar Grep came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Daniel Zorita. But to his dismay, Daniel Zorita quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. When Daniel Zorita came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Zorita couldn't finish the play. Älta BK made a substitution. Ralf Sillén replaced Joel Danielsson. Älta BK's Nils-Emil Engman was substituted for Lars-Erik Brogren. Edgar Grep showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. In the 62nd minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 63rd minute, Agustín Saelices left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Zorita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edgar Grep breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Edgar Grep made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Andino in the 74th minute of play. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Per-Erik Bergfeldt in the 75th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Älta BK's Wictor Sander got a free kick in the 78th minute. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 84 minutes Älta BK's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Luis Andino heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. The Ecuador fans' excitement grew in the 86th match minute when Ecuador's Agustín Saelices looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Per-Erik Bergfeldt, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Cristian Sancho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edgar Grep read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. When Daniel Zorita came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Zorita couldn't finish the play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Ecuador had played much better football throughout.
