Mahir Sanak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 24th minute, Edgar Oneț hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mahir Sanak having to interfere. 27 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mahir Sanak made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Through an outstanding action, after 30 minutes, Julio Vera successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. A collision led to Fenerbahçe51 getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Genco Pakel hit a great ball. Mahir Sanak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 34th minute of the match. Fenerbahçe51's Mahir Sanak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 37th minute of play. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 38th minute. Ecuador's Felix Montes was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Mahir Sanak in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 39 minutes into the game, Fenerbahçe51's Edgar Oneț nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Julio Vera made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. After 43 played minutes Fenerbahçe51 got a freekick which was hit by Genco Pakel. Felix Montenegro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mahir Sanak having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

After 54 played minutes Fenerbahçe51 got a freekick which was hit by Zekeriya Tuğrul. In the 55th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mahir Sanak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Daniel Zorita struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Mahir Sanak didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. Mahir Sanak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Fenerbahçe51's zone, Daniel Zorita stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mahir Sanak came out of the goal and Daniel Zorita tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Clemente Anaya sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 66 minutes into the match, Fenerbahçe51's goalkeeper Mahir Sanak had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. In the 85th match minute, Fenerbahçe51 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zekeriya Tuğrul to maneuver through the defense. 86 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Luis Andino sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mahir Sanak narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Mahir Sanak made a huge save. In the 92nd match minute, Fenerbahçe51 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Devran Kuddusi to maneuver through the defense. Ecuador's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
