Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Joel Gaona started the match with the kick off. Ciriaco Hernando came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo. But to his dismay, Lautaro Mancebo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After a rather tough play, Vänge IF's Ernani Vargas got a free kick in the 7th minute. The audience was convinced that Alberto Tafalla's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ciriaco Hernando was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. 10 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Bruno Giordani came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vänge IF were awarded a corner in the 11th minute after Mexico's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Rune Aspengren took the corner. After a rather tough play, Vänge IF's Östen Olsson got a free kick in the 11th minute. Dante Lacasa came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Vänge IF's Mauro Otsoa. But to his dismay, Mauro Otsoa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Mauro Otsoa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Mexico's Lorenzo Cazalla got a free kick in the 17th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mauro Otsoa got free with Dante Lacasa in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After taking down the ball on Vänge IF's corner Rune Aspengren fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Dante Lacasa quite easily take care of the ball. Joel Gaona received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Ciriaco Hernando tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mauro Otsoa got free with Dante Lacasa in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ciriaco Hernando showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 31st minute of the match. 31 minutes into the match, Joel Gaona had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ciriaco Hernando. Vänge IF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Joel Gaona was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lilo Stich during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Vänge IF's Lilo Stich got a free kick in the 44th minute. Vänge IF's Ciriaco Hernando played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 47th minute of play. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ramiro James made a kick off. Joel Gaona sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lautaro Mancebo came free with the goalkeeper in the 56th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Ciriaco Hernando could save by the left post. Joel Gaona received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Ciriaco Hernando tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 61st match minute, Mexico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felix Luque to maneuver through the defense. Vänge IF's Mauro Otsoa couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 61st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Mexico. Thanks to some nice moves Alberto Tafalla could shoot a difficult shot in the 64th minute, which Ciriaco Hernando however easily saved by the left post. Mauro Otsoa kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 67 minutes, Ciriaco Hernando successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mauro Otsoa in the 68th minute of play. In the 70th minute, Alberto Tafalla fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Ramiro James fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dante Lacasa having to interfere. Macos Graciani got a throw-in 77 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Luca Zorita. If Joel Gaona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Vänge IF's Ciriaco Hernando played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 82nd minute of play. When Mexico's Joel Gaona, in the 82nd minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Mexico. With a little luck, Vänge IF's Ciriaco Hernando got control of the ball when Lautaro Mancebo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lautaro Mancebo's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Ciriaco Hernando firmly grabbed it by the left post. 96 minutes into the game, Lautaro Mancebo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mexico's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vänge IF the free kick. A collision led to Mexico getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Lautaro Mancebo hit a great ball.
