Fabian Kornecki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luz Tejedor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 14 minutes into the match, Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vasile Ştirbu. Milagros Fraga struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Fabian Kornecki didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Peru. An unexpectedly hard shot by Milagros Fraga in the 16th minute of play forced Delphine Stars's goalkeeper Fabian Kornecki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Liviu Gogu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Rolando Noboa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 26 minutes had been played when some careless play by Delphine Stars's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Luz Tejedor was slow to take the kick. During this time Peru's players had a chance to rest. Vasile Ştirbu kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Delphine Stars's Fabian Kornecki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 35th minute of play. Delphine Stars's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Vyacheslav Korolev in the 38th minute. Vyacheslav Korolev made a great header on Delphine Stars's corner, it was just that Peru's Rolando Noboa managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 43rd minute, Luz Tejedor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Liviu Gogu to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the game, Delphine Stars's Vasile Ştirbu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rolando Noboa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. 59 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Liviu Gogu came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vasile Ştirbu in the 60th minute of the match. Julian Murillo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cosme Cruz in the 65th minute of play. Rolando Noboa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Liviu Gogu's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. The throw-in from Cosme Damario in the 67th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Peru's Eliseo Mina. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Peru's Julian Murillo in the 68th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Fabian Kornecki was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Delphine Stars through an amazing save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Liviu Gogu in the 69th minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Delphine Stars's Fabian Kornecki got control of the ball when Milagros Fraga tried to sneak it across the goal line. 73 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Liviu Gogu came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fabian Kornecki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 78th minute of the match. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Liviu Gogu, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Rolando Noboa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Rafael Gallo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fabian Kornecki read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Antonio Tenorio could shoot a difficult shot in the 90th minute, which Fabian Kornecki however easily saved by the left post. A very nice done corner allowed Eliseo Alcocer to score against Fabian Kornecki in Delphine Stars's goal. 3-1 after 91 minutes. Peru's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
