An unexpectedly hard shot by Rohan Watson in the 6th minute of play forced Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ's goalkeeper Valentin Bernal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 7 minutes had been played when some careless play by Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Koby Wright was slow to take the kick. During this time Canada's players had a chance to rest. Valentin Bernal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Koby Wright in the 31st minute of the match. 32 minutes into the match, Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ's Lucio Morningstar sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jax Williamson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 33 minutes Canada's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Soin Buisan who took care of the corner kick. Dagoberto Moraes was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Luka Harris took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Valentin Bernal. Valentin Bernal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ's Dagoberto Moraes has a good shot, but didn't show it this time. The shot went over the crossbar in the 43rd minute. Valentin Bernal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Koby Wright, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carter George in the 47th minute of play forced Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ's goalkeeper Valentin Bernal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Igor Milko was the one to do the kick off. Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ's Valentin Bernal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Koby Wright in the 51st minute of play. The corner led to Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ's Dagoberto Moraes getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Canada made a substitution. Prince Anderson replaced Carter George. If Prince Anderson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With his leg Valentin Bernal managed to avoid a goal in the 69thth minute, when Canada's Filip Edwards fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Canada's Jax Williamson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cayetano Monico in the 76th minute of play. In the 81st minute, Filip Edwards left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Canada fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. Valentin Bernal was out of position in the 88 minute of play, and Filip Edwards capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Filip Edwards really showed his touch with that goal: 1-5. 92 minutes into the match, Cayetano Monico had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jax Williamson. Canada's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cayetano Monico was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-5. 95 minutes into the match, Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Theo Burton came free, but Valentin Bernal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
