Jonathan Ferrant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Leonard Bochinski went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. After 14 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Jose Correa. After 16 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Rigoberto Mina. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patricio Costa in the 23rd minute of play forced Cesarstwo4 u18's goalkeeper Tadeusz Miodek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Venezuela's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Tomas Illescas in the 24th minute. After taking down the ball on Venezuela's corner Tomas Illescas fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Tadeusz Miodek quite easily take care of the ball. Marian Niemojewski kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marian Niemojewski during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Illescas in the 31st minute of play forced Cesarstwo4 u18's goalkeeper Tadeusz Miodek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Leonard Bochinski tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 39th minute Teobald Absolwent shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dobromir Wolnik in the 40th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Leonard Bochinski made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Tomas Illescas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 64 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Patricio Costa. In the 68th minute Leonard Bochinski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 73rdth minute of the game Dobromir Wolnik who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonard Bochinski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Tadeusz Miodek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 83 minutes of play Cesarstwo4 u18's Marian Niemojewski was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 83rd match minute, Cesarstwo4 u18 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marian Niemojewski to maneuver through the defense. Tomas Illescas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Cesarstwo4 u18 booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Correa didn't get a good kick on the ball. 93 minutes into the match, Cesarstwo4 u18's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but Tadeusz Miodek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Venezuela's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
