Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) 3 minutes into the game, Dündar Ülkenur recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Dante Lacasa. Dündar Ülkenur showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. When Alberto Tafalla came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Mexico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alberto Tafalla couldn't finish the play. 14 minutes into the match, Alberto Tafalla had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Yağızalp Özerkmen. Los Tatangelos's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alberto Tafalla was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Adérito Aleixo's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Dante Lacasa firmly grabbed it by the left post. Mexico's Joel Gaona got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Yağızalp Özerkmen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 26th minute of the match. If Luca Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 2-2 became the score in the 30th minute when Dündar Ülkenur elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 36 minutes into the match, Los Tatangelos's Jorge Figueiredo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dante Lacasa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dündar Ülkenur got free with Dante Lacasa in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 40 minutes into the game, Joel Gaona cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Yağızalp Özerkmen was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Yağızalp Özerkmen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 45th minute of the match. The Los Tatangelos players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Mexico were winning 2-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Joel Gaona was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes in the game, Joel Gaona fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Yağızalp Özerkmen having to interfere. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulo Flores in the 54th minute of play. Joel Gaona struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Yağızalp Özerkmen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mexico. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dündar Ülkenur, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 77 played minutes Los Tatangelos got a freekick which was hit by Lucjan Zdanowicz. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lautaro Mancebo got free with Yağızalp Özerkmen in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Joel Gaona recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vural Esay kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Los Tatangelos's zone, Joel Gaona stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yağızalp Özerkmen came out of the goal and Joel Gaona tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 87 minutes into the game, Alberto Tafalla was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mexico's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Los Tatangelos the free kick. After 87 played minutes Mexico got a freekick which was hit by Alberto Tafalla. After 92 played minutes Mexico got a freekick which was hit by Lorenzo Cazalla.
