51 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Laércio Torres came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 59thth minute of the game Laércio Torres who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 62 minutes into the game, Egídio Lucas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Ecuador's Agustín Saelices in the 64th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Giorgi Mamardashvili was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Akira アキラ through an amazing save. With a little luck, Akira アキラ's Giorgi Mamardashvili got control of the ball when Cristian Sancho tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Liu Zhi Guang in the 72nd minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 85 minutes, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristian Sancho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Akira アキラ's Giorgi Mamardashvili proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Akira アキラ from getting a goal against them. Daniel Zorita's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Giorgi Mamardashvili read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. Ecuador played a much better game than Akira アキラ and deserved their victory. The Akira アキラ players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
