Chile's Thiago Pliego proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Chile from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Chile booed when Palestine Free Land was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Blas Eufrasio didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Palestine Free Land's Eros Kawuri got control of the ball when Mariano Lacasa tried to sneak it across the goal line. 95 minutes into the match, Chile's goal looked a bit too open when Thomas Wirahadikusumah came free, but Thiago Pliego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Palestine Free Land supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Chile's performance. The match ended with a win for Chile.
