Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Mexico's Joel Gaona started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. ISPARTASPOR U21's Michel van der Bij played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 4th minute of play. 5 minutes into the match, ISPARTASPOR U21's goal looked a bit too open when Lautaro Mancebo came free, but Michel van der Bij reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 11th minute of the match, Omar Gelmiro tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Dante Lacasa saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Omar Gelmiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 15 minutes Mexico's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Alfredo Gumaro who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on ISPARTASPOR U21's corner Alfredo Gumaro fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Dante Lacasa quite easily take care of the ball. In the 16thth minute of the game Luca Zorita who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ISPARTASPOR U21's Michel van der Bij was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 17th match minute, ISPARTASPOR U21 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fermin Bemabe to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, ISPARTASPOR U21's Olcay Tezkan got a free kick in the 19th minute. Michel van der Bij showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Alberto Tafalla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Michel van der Bij having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Joel Gaona's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Michel van der Bij was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. Michel van der Bij showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 32nd minute of the match. In the 34th minute, Joel Gaona made a precise shot to the right of Michel van der Bij. ISPARTASPOR U21's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After a rather tough play, Mexico's Leonardo Leoz got a free kick in the 36th minute. Joško Van Landschoot blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dante Lacasa having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joško Van Landschoot in the 38th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to ISPARTASPOR U21 getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Dorian Mangueira hit a great ball. Michel van der Bij showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 40th minute of the match. After 41 played minutes ISPARTASPOR U21 got a freekick which was hit by Aybar Gürçınar. In the 45th minute Lautaro Mancebo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Michel van der Bij saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The ISPARTASPOR U21 players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Mexico were winning 0-1.

Michel van der Bij made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 56th minute. In the 57th minute, Alberto Tafalla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 64 minutes ISPARTASPOR U21's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Joel Gaona who took care of the corner kick. Luca Zorita was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. The crowd rose to their feet as Lautaro Mancebo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Michel van der Bij. That made the score 0-2 in the 68 minute of play. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joško Van Landschoot in the 70th minute of play. Dante Lacasa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Omar Gelmiro's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. Michel van der Bij made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Alberto Tafalla sent off a good shot on target. Alberto Tafalla hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. ISPARTASPOR U21 made a substitution. Davi Isac replaced Alfredo Gumaro. ISPARTASPOR U21's Michel van der Bij played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 80th minute of play. 82 minutes into the match, Joel Gaona dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Michel van der Bij, 0-3. Michel van der Bij showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Michel van der Bij made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Lautaro Mancebo sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Joel Gaona in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Michel van der Bij prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 95th minute Mitch Batshuayi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match was over Mexico could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than ISPARTASPOR U21 throughout the match.
