Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Lucjan Orling started the match with the kick off. The Costa Rica fans' excitement grew in the 4th match minute when Costa Rica's Axel Tasis looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Eliseo Noboa scored 0-2 in the 8th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ksawery Wozniak, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Lautaro Puig sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Olimpia HSB's Ksawery Wozniak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Axel Tasis in the 14th minute of play. When Lautaro Puig came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Costa Rica fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lautaro Puig couldn't finish the play. Olimpia HSB were furious when Jaroslaw Klewinski was red carded, 17 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 18th match minute, Olimpia HSB was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jaroslaw Klewinski to maneuver through the defense. 0-3 became the score in the 19th minute when Axel Tasis elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 23 minutes in the game Efrain Moruga did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Eliseo Noboa. 25 minutes into the match, Lautaro Puig had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ksawery Wozniak. Olimpia HSB's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lautaro Puig was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. The audience was convinced that Axel Tasis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ksawery Wozniak was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. Ksawery Wozniak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eliseo Noboa, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. When Axel Tasis came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Costa Rica fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Axel Tasis couldn't finish the play. Damian Grucza could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Benito Sanz made a huge save. In the 44th minute, Lautaro Puig hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 45 minutes into the game, Lautaro Puig threw the ball into play from the sideline. Olimpia HSB's Borys Mentus quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After the first half Costa Rica were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Axel Tasis was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute Eliseo Noboa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ksawery Wozniak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ksawery Wozniak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Axel Tasis in the 54th minute of play. Olimpia HSB's Damian Grucza managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Abel Carballo in the 57 minute of the game. After some careless play in the Olimpia HSB defense, Lautaro Puig kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ksawery Wozniak. The Olimpia HSB fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ksawery Wozniak should have stopped the shot. If Eliseo Noboa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The throw-in from Efrain Moruga in the 68th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Olimpia HSB's Arkadiusz Czajkowski. Olimpia HSB's Arkadiusz Czajkowski quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Efrain Moruga, made in the 69th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Eliseo Noboa got a free kick in the 70th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Axel Tasis in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ksawery Wozniak prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Olimpia HSB's Ksawery Wozniak proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Olimpia HSB from getting a goal against them. In the 78th minute, Lautaro Puig left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Costa Rica fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. Axel Tasis had several of the Olimpia HSB's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 81 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-7 score and a disappointed Ksawery Wozniak as he didn't even see the shot coming. 86 minutes into the game, Efrain Moruga threw the ball into play from the sideline. Olimpia HSB's Damian Grucza quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. If Damian Grucza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Efrain Moruga made in the 93rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Olimpia HSB's Damian Grucza. Hugo Ferrant made in the 95th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Olimpia HSB's Mieszko Mocko. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lautaro Puig got free with Ksawery Wozniak in the 97th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Costa Rica eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
