Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Axel Tasis started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Suscal Viya kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Klimowicz Mera, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Ysidro Ahumada showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliseo Noboa in the 9th minute of the match. In the 10th minute Costa Rica were awarded a corner. Axel Tasis went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Axel Tasis almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Supergato's Ysidro Ahumada did a great save. In the 14th match minute, Supergato was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Suscal Viya to maneuver through the defense. In the 20th minute, Fortunato Arranz made a precise shot to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Klimowicz Mera, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 27th match minute, Supergato was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zayvius Ruilopez to maneuver through the defense. 30 minutes into the match, Fortunato Arranz notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Costa Rica's Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 34th minute, Renán Maza ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benito Sanz was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. A collision led to Supergato getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Perez Rajo hit a great ball. In the 39th minute, Renán Maza got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alan Moruga hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. If Fortunato Arranz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 47 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Alan Moruga. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

In the 54th minute Fortunato Arranz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 56th minute of the match Supergato got a corner. Costa Rica's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Klimowicz Mera ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Supergato's corner Klimowicz Mera fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Benito Sanz quite easily take care of the ball. Renán Maza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 61st match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lautaro Puig to maneuver through the defense. Klimowicz Mera's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Benito Sanz firmly grabbed it by the left post. Fortunato Arranz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Sanz having to interfere. Klimowicz Mera recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fortunato Arranz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Benito Sanz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 79th minute, Renán Maza made a precise shot to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. 81 minutes into the match, Supergato's goal looked a bit too open when Eliseo Noboa came free, but Ysidro Ahumada reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 84th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Efrain Moruga to maneuver through the defense. Fortunato Arranz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Sanz having to interfere. Alan Moruga's late challenge caught a Supergato's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alan Moruga helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Supergato booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alan Moruga didn't get a good kick on the ball.
