Tᴜʀᴋᴇʏ Lɪᴏɴꜱ FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nasır SK the free kick. Agamenón do Nascimento kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Nasır SK defense, Benedicto Bihar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ferit Ortan. The Nasır SK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ferit Ortan should have stopped the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Benedicto Bihar in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ferit Ortan saved Nasır SK from getting behind. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Nasır SK's goalkeeper Ferit Ortan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Benedicto Bihar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ferit Ortan was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. In the 22nd match minute, Nasır SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Turgay Kamber to maneuver through the defense. Ferit Ortan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Seçkin Öksüzoğlu in the 27th minute of the match. If Okanalp Boyraz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ferit Ortan came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Tᴜʀᴋᴇʏ Lɪᴏɴꜱ FC's Benedicto Bihar. But to his dismay, Benedicto Bihar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. In the 37th minute, Benedicto Bihar made a precise shot to the right of Ferit Ortan. Nasır SK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. After some careless play in the Nasır SK defense, Benedicto Bihar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ferit Ortan. The Nasır SK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ferit Ortan should have stopped the shot. With a little luck, Tᴜʀᴋᴇʏ Lɪᴏɴꜱ FC's Batıkan Muhsin got control of the ball when Zühtü Mirza tried to sneak it across the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Benedicto Bihar was the one to do the kick off. Ferit Ortan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Benedicto Bihar in the 52nd minute. The supporters of Tᴜʀᴋᴇʏ Lɪᴏɴꜱ FC booed when Nasır SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Turgay Kamber didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 55th match minute, Nasır SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zühtü Mirza to maneuver through the defense. Ferit Ortan was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Seçkin Öksüzoğlu. In the 69th minute Benedicto Bihar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ferit Ortan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 70 minutes had been played when some careless play by Nasır SK's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Seçkin Öksüzoğlu was slow to take the kick. During this time Tᴜʀᴋᴇʏ Lɪᴏɴꜱ FC's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Tᴜʀᴋᴇʏ Lɪᴏɴꜱ FC's Benedicto Bihar to fire away a dangerous shot which Ferit Ortan despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After 70th play minutes Benedicto Bihar shot 0-6, a short shot which went by Ferit Ortan and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 73rd minute, Benedicto Bihar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ferit Ortan was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-7. Tᴜʀᴋᴇʏ Lɪᴏɴꜱ FC's Aykut Canel was substituted for Benedicto Bihar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aykut Canel in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ferit Ortan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ferit Ortan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lorenzo James in the 84th minute. Tᴜʀᴋᴇʏ Lɪᴏɴꜱ FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Bernardo Sasso in the 86th minute. When Aykut Canel came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Tᴜʀᴋᴇʏ Lɪᴏɴꜱ FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aykut Canel couldn't finish the play. When Tᴜʀᴋᴇʏ Lɪᴏɴꜱ FC's Aykut Canel in the 91st minute got a chance for a shot 91st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Nasır SK's goalie prevented a goal. The Nasır SK supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Tᴜʀᴋᴇʏ Lɪᴏɴꜱ FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Tᴜʀᴋᴇʏ Lɪᴏɴꜱ FC.
