After 5 played minutes Peru got a freekick which was hit by Alonso Berganza. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zhu Zhen in the 7th minute of play. 11 minutes into the match, AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Luiz Eduardo Gomes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Peru getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Luz Tejedor hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zhu Zhen in the 13th minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Julian Murillo in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luiz Eduardo Gomes saved AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ from getting behind. 17 minutes into the match, Zhu Zhen notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Peru's Rolando Noboa. Rolando Noboa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 20th minute of the match, Julian Murillo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Luiz Eduardo Gomes saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Eliseo Mina's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Luiz Eduardo Gomes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. Peru's Eliseo Mina got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 24th minute, Zhu Zhen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. A collision led to Peru getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Joaquin Prats hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Peru's zone, Miguel Breckenfeld stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rolando Noboa came out of the goal and Miguel Breckenfeld tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 34 minutes into the game, Kauã de Carvalho was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Peru the free kick. In the 35th minute, Kauã de Carvalho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. João Augusto Silva charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed João Augusto Silva the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Peru booed when AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. João Augusto Silva didn't get a good kick on the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Zhu Zhen to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Miguel Breckenfeld shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luiz Eduardo Gomes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliseo Mina in the 52nd minute of the match. When Zhu Zhen came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zhu Zhen couldn't finish the play. AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ's Hélder Melo was substituted for Miguel Breckenfeld. AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ made a substitution. Cristo Francho replaced Kauã de Carvalho. AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ made a substitution. A very nice done corner allowed Alonso Berganza to score against Luiz Eduardo Gomes in AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ's goal. 1-3 after 70 minutes. 75 minutes into the match, Peru's Julian Murillo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Luiz Eduardo Gomes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 79 minutes into the match, AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Milagros Fraga came free, but Luiz Eduardo Gomes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Peru made a substitution. Antonio Tenorio replaced Luz Tejedor. After 84 minutes AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Eliseo Mina who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Rafael Gallo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Luiz Eduardo Gomes quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 87 minutes into the match, Peru's Rafael Gallo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Luiz Eduardo Gomes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Valdo Pitta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Rafael Gallo scored 2-3 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Luiz Eduardo Gomes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Although Peru had been in control for most of the match, AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ still came away with the win.
