In the 4th minute, Servet Akburç made a precise shot to the right of Ricardo Zorita. El Salvador's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Ricardo Zorita showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xiao Chang Chao, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Moises Fernandino's late challenge caught a AVV Zeeburgia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Moises Fernandino helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to El Salvador getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Moises Fernandino hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Servet Akburç managed to get in a good position for a shot. AVV Zeeburgia's supporters rose to their feet, but Servet Akburç was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ricardo Zorita breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 28 played minutes AVV Zeeburgia got a freekick which was hit by Xiao Chang Chao. Dries Bogaard charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dries Bogaard the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Dries Bogaard kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Aílton Fernandez made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Moises Fernandino sent off a good shot on target. When El Salvador's Moises Fernandino in the 40th minute got a chance for a shot 40th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Ricardo Zorita was a little too slow when Xiao Chang Chao got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 53rd minute. The score was now 0-4. Ricardo Zorita made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Servet Akburç in the 61st minute of play. In the 63rd minute, Servet Akburç ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ricardo Zorita was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. 69 minutes into the match, Servet Akburç had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ricardo Zorita. El Salvador's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Servet Akburç was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xiao Chang Chao in the 73rd minute of play forced El Salvador's goalkeeper Ricardo Zorita to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ricardo Zorita didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Servet Akburç went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-7 was the resulting score. El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Servet Akburç in the 82nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, AVV Zeeburgia's Anıl Ozan Öksüzoğlu got a free kick in the 84th minute. The supporters of AVV Zeeburgia booed when El Salvador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lorenzo Yepes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Xiao Chang Chao's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 94thth minute, Ricardo Zorita skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Xiao Chang Chao could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Ricardo Zorita made a huge save. The El Salvador supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching AVV Zeeburgia's performance. The match ended with a win for AVV Zeeburgia.
