Without hesitation aimed to the right of Pedro Manzanares, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. With his leg Pedro Manzanares managed to avoid a goal in the 7thth minute, when Sundborn IF's Alf Hansson fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Kalle Askberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kevin Mastache in the 8th minute of the match. Ted Holmgren had several of the Colombia's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 9 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Pedro Manzanares as he didn't even see the shot coming. Kalle Askberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santino Seco in the 12th minute of the match. Santino Seco kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Orlando Tafalla during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Pedro Manzanares had in the 15thth minute some difficulties stopping Börje Ekström's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. The supporters of Sundborn IF booed when Colombia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Orlando Tafalla didn't get a good kick on the ball. A long shot from Börje Ekström in the 23rd minute of play was well struck, but Pedro Manzanares made a really good save at the right post. Kalle Askberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Santino Seco, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Colombia's Kevin Mastache quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Henning Bennet, made in the 28th minute of the game. Kalle Askberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Axel Montenegro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Axel Montenegro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kalle Askberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. Colombia's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Axel Montenegro in the 34th minute. A well-hit corner resulted in Luis Cazalla heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Kalle Askberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abram Sarmiento, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. 40 minutes into the match, Sundborn IF's goal looked a bit too open when Axel Montenegro came free, but Kalle Askberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kalle Askberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Axel Montenegro in the 44th minute of the match. 45 minutes into the game, Henning Bennet threw the ball into play from the sideline. Colombia's Kevin Mastache quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. During the 47th minute of the match Orlando Tafalla completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Orlando Tafalla a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 47 played minutes Colombia got a freekick which was hit by Orlando Tafalla. If Erland Kvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 49th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Abram Sarmiento stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Kalle Askberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abram Sarmiento, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Abram Sarmiento struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Kalle Askberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Colombia. In the 68th minute, Kevin Mastache got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Kalle Askberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ignacio Mastache, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. 86 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Bernardo Pitta came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ignacio Mastache fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kalle Askberg having to interfere. In the 93rd minute Ignacio Mastache shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kalle Askberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kaloyan Mitashev scored 2-0 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pedro Manzanares, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Pedro Manzanares came out of the goal in the 97th minute to try and stop a shot by Sundborn IF's Kaloyan Mitashev. But to his dismay, Kaloyan Mitashev quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Sundborn IF were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Colombia for a fine match.
