Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Dündar Ülkenur started the match with the kick off. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jorge Figueiredo in the 9th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Dündar Ülkenur's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julio Vera was relentless in the 12th minute of the game. 13 minutes into the match, Los Tatangelos's goalkeeper Yağızalp Özerkmen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. 15 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Adérito Aleixo came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 19th minute, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Jorge Figueiredo took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Julio Vera. Julio Vera dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yağızalp Özerkmen having to interfere. Yağızalp Özerkmen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yağızalp Özerkmen having to interfere. When Luis Andino came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luis Andino couldn't finish the play. 33 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Dündar Ülkenur came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dündar Ülkenur in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Ecuador's Felix Montenegro got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

The wind increased when Daniel Zorita made the kick off in the second half. Los Tatangelos's Yağızalp Özerkmen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 55th minute of play. 58 minutes into the match, Los Tatangelos's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Yağızalp Özerkmen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jorge Figueiredo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ahmet Koralp Özsu charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ahmet Koralp Özsu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jorge Figueiredo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. 70 minutes into the game, Los Tatangelos's Dündar Ülkenur nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Julio Vera made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. A collision led to Los Tatangelos getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Ahmet Koralp Özsu hit a great ball. In the 75th minute of the match Daniel Zorita sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Yağızalp Özerkmen skillfully saved the ball. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Yağızalp Özerkmen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Los Tatangelos's Vural Esay got a free kick in the 80th minute. In the 83rd minute, Primitivo Andino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 85 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Dündar Ülkenur came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 87thth minute of the game Dündar Ülkenur who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Agustín Saelices hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dündar Ülkenur in the 95th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Ecuador supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Los Tatangelos's performance. The match ended with a win for Los Tatangelos.
