Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Daniel Zorita kicked off to start the match. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Cristo Elivareo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Barrialito AFC booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel Zorita didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Zorita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cristo Elivareo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 20 minutes into the game, Severino Gartxot was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Barrialito AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ecuador the free kick. Severino Gartxot kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Barrialito AFC defense, Daniel Zorita kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cristo Elivareo. The Barrialito AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cristo Elivareo should have stopped the shot. Cristo Elivareo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 27th minute. In the 34th minute, Felix Montenegro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. After a rather tough play, Barrialito AFC's Lucas Brais got a free kick in the 37th minute. Thanks to some nice moves Daniel Zorita could shoot a difficult shot in the 39th minute, which Cristo Elivareo however easily saved by the left post. 45 minutes into the game, Daniel Zorita was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ecuador's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Barrialito AFC the free kick. In the 45th minute, Daniel Zorita hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hernan Socorro to make the kick off. Cristo Elivareo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 51st minute of play. Hernan Socorros short, quick shot in the 56thth minute got Julio Vera to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After a rather tough play, Barrialito AFC's Lucas Brais got a free kick in the 57th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 58th minute of play forced Barrialito AFC's goalkeeper Cristo Elivareo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 60th minute, Lucas Brais hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Barrialito AFC's zone, Cristian Sancho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cristo Elivareo came out of the goal and Cristian Sancho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Agustín Saelices took the ball and in the 69 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cristo Elivareo. Cristo Elivareo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Barrialito AFC's Cristo Elivareo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 72nd minute of play. In the 74th match minute, Barrialito AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Severino Gartxot to maneuver through the defense. Cristian Sancho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cristo Elivareo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Barrialito AFC's Teodosio Txema got a free kick in the 79th minute. Jaime Celio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Barrialito AFC's zone, Daniel Zorita stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cristo Elivareo came out of the goal and Daniel Zorita tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 91st minute Felix Montenegro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristo Elivareo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 94th minute Luis Andino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristo Elivareo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee ended the match the Ecuador players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
